Arancino:** Delicious, crispy, deep fried balls of rice filled with Mediterranean Red

Slow cooked Red Porgy fish served on a bed of ratatouille

Angus steak, balsamic vinegar pearls, rocket, toasted almonds

Slow cooked duck breast, with a beef and Nebrodi black truffle glaze
