Our young chef Alessio Fazio has a motto; “let’s create something beautiful, mindful that beauty isn’t a visual privilege but an experience perceived by and involving all our senses, combining expertise, tradition and creativity resulting in a perfect balance.

Grilled octopus * with potato moussec and sundried tomatoes

Baccalà* slow cooked, served with saffron sauce and turnip greens

Pacchero,served with turnip tops sauce, ragusano DOP (cees), breadcrumbs, anchovy and semblance of lemon

Red prawn * salt cooked and flavored with cardamom and star anise
